Returns & Refunds

At COSMVS, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If your jewelry is not right for you, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@cosmvsjewelry.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and the items you wish to return. A reason is optional for change-of-mind returns.

We will reply with return instructions. Please send your return to the address below, not to the sender address on your parcel.

Send your return within 14 calendar days of notifying us. If our instructions are delayed, we will extend this shipping deadline accordingly. Your statutory cancellation rights do not depend on our approval.

Return Condition

Under our voluntary 14-day policy, jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if their hygiene seal is unbroken, unless they arrived defective.

Please pack your items securely. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage.

For statutory returns, you may inspect the goods as permitted by applicable law. Missing packaging does not automatically invalidate these rights. Any deduction for diminished value will only be made where legally permitted.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. Returns from outside the United States involve international shipping to the address above.

If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us before arranging shipping. COSMVS will cover the necessary return costs and explain the available remedy.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact hello@cosmvsjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery, or as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order details and, where possible, photographs to help us assess it.

We will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited to our 14-day return window or to our 6-month warranty.

Refunds

For returns under our voluntary policy, we aim to process your refund within 5 business days of receiving and checking the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Original delivery charges are not refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Any applicable statutory refund deadlines take precedence.

Exchanges

To request a different size or item, contact us. Our standard process is to refund an eligible return and have you place a new order, subject to availability. This does not limit replacement rights for faulty goods.

Free Gifts

If your order included a free gift (such as a COSMVS jewelry box) and a return brings the order below the promotion threshold, please return the gift with the items, or its regular price may be deducted from your refund.

EU and UK Customers

For eligible online purchases, you have a statutory right to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, and a further 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back.

When you withdraw from the entire order under this right, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable.

We issue the refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, but may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.

Our voluntary policy does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory rights under the laws applicable to your purchase, including relevant US state laws and consumer protections in other countries.
